Joyce had a great week. She is doing her exercise with both her morning and afternoon caregivers and she is doing great. Interviwed several caregivers got some good responses will be training a new caregiver this week for the night shift have a couple of good candidates to chose from if one doesn’t work out. Joyce is still dealing with her congestion so I am giving her medication at night for that. Her night have been good only a couple of episodes with coughing but for the most part restful sleep at night.

March 13 – Day 943

Joyce had a great day. She was very alert and did her exercises she was a little tired in the afternoon so the caregiver did not do the stander. Got a hold of wheel chair company they are going to fix the issues. Joyce was awake at her 1100pm feeding and awake this morning for her water I didn’t her awake but I feel she had broken sleep last night.

March 12 – Day 942

Joyce had a weekend. We did what we could do for her exercises but she slept mostly all day Saturday and Sunday. Didn’t have agency for the weekend and Justina had to work so no errands could be ran. Will just have to adjust and do them during the week. Joyce had very good nights and slept well with no issues to report at this time. Have to call the wheel chair company as they came out Friday and did not install all the parts.

March 8 – Day 938

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises but her afternoon caregiver called in sick so I had to leave work again I wish they can get me a staff so if this happens they can cover theses situations. Joyce rested most of the day and woke briefly before bedtime. She slept well all through the night with no issues at all.

March 7 – Day 937

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises he was awake and alert all day. She had a couple of coughing episodes before bed and everything came up but after that Joyce was restful. her night was great no issues and she slept well all through the night

March 6 – Day 936

Joyce had a great day. She slept most of the day so the caregivers did passive range of motion exercises with her. She had a good evening with me resting watching TV did not have any coughing episodes. Found a couple prospects for her night caregiver we will se if they work out. Joyce had a restful night without any issues to report at this time.

March 5 – Day 935

Joyce had a weekend. Joyce had new caregiver this weekend and she was great with Joyce did all of her exercises but she will be a fill-in if needed. Joyce was very alert Saturday but Sunday she was tired and slept all day. Her nights were good but Saturday night she was a little restless. Still looking to get our nighttime caregiver have to find someone quickly there hours are dependent on Joyce staying on the CAP program.

March 2 – Day 932

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did her exercises but still working on getting a nighttime caregiver. She had a lot of coughing in the evening hours and our nighttime caregiver called out sick again. Joyce seemed really tired today took a couple short naps before bedtime. Her night was good had a coughing episode right at bedtime but went right to sleep afterwards.

March 1 – Day 931

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did her exercises but still working on getting a nighttime caregiver. Still giving Joyce Tussin for her congestion. Joyce slept well through the night without any issues to report.

February 28 – Day 930

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did her exercises and did great in her stander. Her caregiver said she was in it quite a while. She also went outside and Joyce enjoyed the nice weather. Her night was good only a couple of episodes in coughing but overall it was a peaceful night. Still looking for a nighttime caregiver for Joyce.
