July 10 – Day 3129

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Her wound care appointment went well. OT came as well and she did well with the therapy. Joyce has been watching TV and retiong and her coughing was very minimal today.

July 2 – Day 3121

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Her wound care appopintyment went well. The doctor said the wound is getting smaller. Joyce had her trach replaced so she is having a lot of mucus which is normal. But other than that she is doing well.

June 27 – Day 3115

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce did not have any appointments today so it was a gentle day at the house. She did need a little more suctioning than usual but not a bad day. Joyce is sleeping well through the night.

June 25 – Day 3113

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyces wound care appt was cancelled but did not know until we arrived so went there for nothing. Physical Therapy came today and worked with Joyce on her legs and she responded well. Other than that she had a nice gentle day.

June 24 – Day 3112

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce’s occupational therapist came today for her eval. She is going to be working on arm thats contracted. We have a ordered a brace for her arm to help with it. She is doing well with her trach. She is sleeping well and has no issues at night.

June 19 – Day 3107

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce stayed with her caregiver today so I could gop to my orthop appt and it went well. She had a good day awake watching hallmark. Suctioning is down to a minimum.

June 18 – Day 3106

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. PT came today and did the evaluation for Joyce and they will be coming twice a week and the therapist will check with OT so they can start. Home Health called we will have a meet and great Thursday so we are progressing.

June 17 – Day 3105

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. She is having less and less secretions everyday. During daytime she needs suctioning maybe once a day and then a couple times during the night. She is doing well wound care nurse will come tommorow and physical therapy will be by tommorow also. Joyce seems to be getting stronger every week.

June 10 – Day 3098

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. She had a very gentle day with minimal suctioning she is doing very well. No appointments today but have wound care tommorow. One of the agencies called and said they would have somebody in a week hopefully.

June 6 – Day 3094

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Busy day with doctors appts. Have seen wound care, urologist, and pulmonary. Joyce did great but very tired. She can rest no appts tommorow.
