September 4 – Day 1112

Joyce had a great weekend. Joyce was up all day Saturday with her caregiver they had a good day doing exercises and activities. On Sunday Joyce slept all day was tired fro day before and she slept throughout the day on Monday. Stephanie will be coming next weekend instead of holiday was trying to avoid any bad storms. Joyce slept well at night and had no issues.

August 31 – Day 1108

Joyce had a great day. She did her exercises and I am finalizing the new caregivers for Joyce. Both these ladies are RN so I am looking forward to having them take care of Joyce. Joyce slept for me when I got home until her bedtime. She slept well tonight she was asleep before I could finish her medicine. She was very tired.

August 30 – Day 1107

Joyce had a great day. She did her exercise and Joyce had her chiropractor appointment and it went well and Justina took her. Joyce slept a lot today and when I came home she was sleeping until bedtime. Her night was good she slept without any issues.

August 29 – Day 1106

Joyce had a great day. She did her exercise and I interviewed the new caregiver she was great she is a RN that wants to get into to home health that turned out great. Joyce slept well and had no issues.

August 28 – Day 1105

Joyce had a great day. She did her exercise but she slept most of the day so it was not much participation but ROM was done. Talked to a new caregiver that will come tomorrow for an interview and she sounds very promising. Joyce slept very well all through the night without any issues.

August 27 – Day 1104

Joyce had a great weekend. Her weekend caregiver is wonderful with Joyce I cannot say enough about her. Joyce looks forward to seeing her and she really engages and works well with Joyce. Joyce did all her exercises. I was feeling under the weather Saturday so we went Sunday to the mall to get the correct size for Joyce’s shoes. Joyce slept well all through the night and did not have any issues to report.

August 24 – Day 1103

Joyce had a great day. Joyce completed all of her morning exercises. Joyce had her speech appointment today to explore some different communication devices. After that her caregiver said she slept most of the day. She slept well through the rest of the night with no issues

August 23 – Day 1102

Joyce had a great day. Joyce completed all of her morning exercises. We went to the doctor to get a order to get her PT boots replaced. We then went to the pharmacy for her medicine she had a little congestion and the doctor wanted to get in front of it before it developed. When me and Joyce returned she was very tired the humidity was horrible. Joyce slept until bedtime and she slept well through the night.

August 22 – Day 1101

Joyce had a great day. Joyce completed all of her exercises. Joyce was up most of the day she had a little nausea today but in the evening she seemed to be fine. had a new caregiver interview she did well and could transfer Joyce. No problems at night until about 430 and a little coughing but it subsided and Joyce slept well

August 21 – Day 1100

Joyce had a great day. Joyce completed all of her exercises. Joyce was sleepy today the caregiver said after her exercises she went to sleep. Still looking for an agency but still interviewing others also. Joyce slept well all through the night and had no issues.
