June 6 – Day 3094

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Busy day with doctors appts. Have seen wound care, urologist, and pulmonary. Joyce did great but very tired. She can rest no appts tommorow.

June 3 – Day 3091

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Having a lot of secretions trying to sit her up seems to help. One of the home care agencies has hired staff and they are in training so its very promising. Joyce sleeps very well through the night.

May 31 – Day 3088

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. It was a very calm day for Joyce. Everything is looking better today. No update on the home health agency as of yet.

May 30 – Day 3087

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce did very well today her wound on her bottom is getting better with the dressing we got from the hospital that I found online. She had a very gentle day with no issues. One of the agencies hired someone and is training her so we should have the private duty nursing we need.

May 28 – Day 3085

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce is doing very good today no issues. Caregiver had to flush catheter and seems to help. We are reclining her in her wheel chair to pressire off of her bottom so pressure sore can heal from the hospital.

May 24 – Day 3081

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce had a lot of secretions todauy but overall still keeping her oxygen at 98%. Still havent any contact with home health yet hopefully next week. But overall Joyce is doing very good.

May 23 – Day 3080

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce did well today without any issues. She had a very good day. Took a long nap around 3:00. We organized all the supplies in bins so her room is all clear and clean.

May 22 – Day 3079

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce did well today had a little more secretions than other days. One of the home health agencys called to verify her medacaid. Drove to Raleigh to see ortho he removed my sling so we are progressing.

May 21 – Day 3078

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. Joyce is very happy to be home and she looks it very happy and face is nice and full. Received more supplies today. Talked to a copuple home health agencies so we will see how that goes.

May 20 – Day 3077

Joyce had a good day. Joyce was good with all her stats today. She went from the trach collar nto a HME device and did great all day without any problems. Had a issue Saturday where her compresssor went out and they replaced it within the hour which was great thast they had a on call person because that was important in their fast response.
