December 26 – Day 867

Joyce had a very good holiday weekend. Joyce is doing well with her exercises. Joyce had a good Christmas, Justina & Nick came over with Nicks mom we had a nice little Christmas. Joyce was happy to see everybody and enjoyed opening her presents she is getting better at removing the wrapping paper. Justina has to remember if we had a hard when she wraps gifts LOL. Joyce had good night with no issues to report at this time. Even her day caregiver brought her a present even though she does not need too.

December 22 – Day 864

Joyce had a very good day. Things were better today for Joyce. Exercises were done and Joyce’s’ ear infection is getting better she said it is not hurting her anymore. Justina came by and they gave Neveah a bath Joyce helped with washing her. Then they put on Neveah her new x-mas sweater that Justina bought. Then Justina and Joyce decorated her gingerbread holiday house and Joyce did very well. her night was good no issues she started a little coughing about 3AM but she cleared it on her own and went back to sleep.

December 20 – Day 862

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did good today she said her legs don’t hurt anymore from the shots. Started the antibiotic for her ear infection. Have to watch if she gets any side affects from the medicine. Her night was good and she slept well without any issues. Exercise continue everyday.

December 19 – Day 861

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did very well had a good day just a lot of coughing today. She was up and sitting when I got home watching her Christmas movies she really enjoys them. Her night was good slept well all through the night with no issues. Called a couple new agencies no response back from them yet.

December 18 – Day 860

Joyce had a great weekend. The morning caregiver called out sick not having any confidence in this agency so I will be calling agencies to replace them. Joyce was sleep this weekend she was awake later in the day and watched her Christmas movies. She has been sleeping well and no issues through the night. Exercises continue and Joyce is responding in a positive manner.

December 15 – Day 857

Joyce had a great day. Joyce was up most of the day and took a nap around 130. She continues to do her exercises. It was just a normal day for us with accomplishing Joyce’s daily routine. Her night was great she was ready for bed at 9 she told me she was tired. She slept well through the night with no issues of course she was smiling ear to ear at11 for her feeding. Nothing unusual to report at this time just a calm day for Joyce.

December 14 – Day 856

Joyce had a great day. Joyce had a good she was very alert all day for her caregivers to do her exercises. Her ankles seem to be better today from the injections yesterday. Joyce sat up in the evening and watched some TV and she laughed at the shows she was watching and comprehending the comedy situations. She slept well with no issues at all during the night. Having the caregiver until midnight is working good starting to relax and get some rest.

December 13 – Day 855

Joyce had a great day. Even though it was a nasty rainy day Joyce was alert in the morning. We went to her appointment to her neurologist and she did Botox injections into her calf muscles. She did great with no problems she always does great with these appointments. She slept well through the night with no issues at all. Had to battle with the rain getting in and out of her appointment but Joyce never complains.

December 12 – Day 854

Joyce had a great day. She was really tired all day. Most of her exercises were done passively for range of motion. I think we will increase her fiber intake to 2 times a day having a little issue. After staying up all day and watching TV I assumed she would be tired. She slept well with no issues at all.
