January 11 – Day 883

Joyce had a good day. Joyce continues to perform her exercises she seemed to be doing well. Got the call from the new agency they will be coming Friday to do the initial assessment which is great. Joyce wanted sit up in her chair in the later part of the evening to watch TV by bedtime she was getting sleepy and slept well through the night with no issues.

Continue to pray and send positive thoughts so that things continue to progress and that God keeps putting his loving hands on Joyce to heal her.

January 10 – Day 882

Joyce had a good day. Joyce continues to perform her exercises and working on getting those heels down. She was up most of the day her caregiver said she had a lot od saliva and coughing through the day but at night she was fine not much at all. She also slept well through the night with no issues to report it was a restful night.

January 9 – Day 881

Joyce had a good day. Even with the weather conditions the caregivers made it in and Joyce did well with her exercises. She took some naps today but was awake most of the day. her night was very good she slept well all through the night and she did not have any coughing episodes during the night.

January 8 – Day 880

Joyce had a good weekend. The agency had people call out again on Saturday and the one on Sunday had to leave early. The new agency should be coming this week for the assessment so we can get this present agency out. Joyce sat up all day Saturday watching SVU she did not recline in her chair until almost bedtime that was great her sitting up with no issues all day. Sunday she was tired and slept all day and rested. her nights are good with no issues with coughing.

January 5 – Day 877

Joyce had a good day. Wendy trained a new caregiver for the weekend. The other agency I was looking at called today so they will come out next week to do the initial assessment. This company we had before when Joyce had her 24 hour nurses. Joyce did well through the night a little coughing up till about 1130 but after that she slept well without any issues.

January 4 – Day 876

Joyce had a good day. exercises are going well and Joyce had a good day. She slept on and off almost all day. Her night was okay after she had a big coughing episode and threw up everything. After that she calmed down and slept well through the night. Hopefully the new agency will call this week to get there caregivers in place.

January 3 – Day 875

Joyce had a good day. exercises are going well and received call Joyce’s new chair should be in Friday so next week will be delivery. This will be great for Joyce as we will be bale to start her outpatient therapy again. Joyce had a good night and the coughing is getting more and more under control. Joyce had a few episodes earlier during the night but after that she slept well though the night.

January 2 – Day 874

Joyce had a good weekend. Stephanie and Mark came and Justina and Nick we did our x-mas with them Joyce was happy to see them. Joyce is doing well with her exercises she is always putting forth a effort. Have a new agency that should come out this week to discuss Joyce’s care which will be good. Her nights have been a little restless I think she coming down with a cold she is coughing a lot through the night which is breaking up her sleep.

December 28 – Day 869

Joyce had a good day. Joyce is doing well she seems to be getting a little congestion make have to take her to the doctor if it persists. She was very alert today and did all her exercises. Doing better with the caregivers and they are getting the routine a little better. Her night was good just a little coughing through the night but she still slept well.

December 27 – Day 868

Joyce had a good day. Joyce is doing well with her exercises. Joyce was a little tired yesterday and she rested well with no issues. Watched TV during the evening and she was a little on the down side. She just finished her ear medication so we will see if you has any reactions from the antibiotics. Her night was good she slept soundly all through the night without any issues.
