April 1 – Day 3078

Joyce had a good day but her night had complications. Joyce slept some of the day but she was awake most of the day. It looked like she would be coming as soon as all supplies were delivered and in place. They turned down her trach oxygen so she was doing great when I left. Then I got a call about 830 pm. They told me they had to put Joyce back on the ventilator because they tried to suction her and must of freed up a mucus plug which cause her to lose oxygen. The nurse said her heart rate when down to 50 and they had to do some chest compressions. But she is very stable and on the ventilator for the rest of the night.

Continue to pray and send positive thoughts so that things continue to progress and that God keeps putting his loving hands on Joyce to heal her…
