September 23 – Day 1459

Joyce had a great weekend. Joyce did all of her exercises and I know it has been a while but we have recovered from the hurricane. We have been here since 1997 and has had major damage on every hurricane that has hit Jacksonville finally we got a pass with Florence the only thing we had was a loss of power. Joyce was a real trooper the whole time had a smile on her face and we made it through the storm at our home. Joyce slept well through the night even when we had no power she was very comfortable.

September 9 – Day 1455

Joyce had a great weekend. Joyce did all of her exercises and she little bouts of coughing but overall she was in good health. New weekend girl started and she is learning the routine and she is doing good and her transferring is good so that is a major hurdle. Joyce slept well through the night and did not have any issues.

September 6 – Day 1453

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she had rough day coughing till she went to bed at 9. Didn’t take any naps was very alert even when I got home at 7. Showed Joyce a new picture of Aidan and she just smiles ear to ear. Her night was not so good no coughing but when I asked her if she got some sleep she said no.

September 5 – Day 1452

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she was alert all day and took a short nap around 730. Joyce developed a little fever blister and probably from the hospital. You know what they say if you want to get sick just go to the hospital LOL. Joyce has no cough at all today and she slept well all through the night without any issues.

September 4 – Day 1451

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and her coughing and runny nose are non-existent. She was alert but after her exercises she slept most of the day and she looked very well rested. Joyce had a very good night without any issues at all.

August 29 – Day 1445

Joyce had a good day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she had was very alert today. A little coughing in the afternoon but nothing that is concerning gave her some Tussin and it calmed it right down. New night girl let her do everything and I watched her to help if she needed anything. She did okay I would say by Friday she should have the routine down. Joyce slept well through the night without any issues.

August 28 – Day 1444

Joyce had a good day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she had a very good day. Joyce was alert all day but in the evening she developed a little cough so I gave her some medicine and it seemed to take care of her issue. Joyce did not have any issues at night and slept well through the night. She is getting excited that Friday our grandson will be here, she smiles every time we talk about it.

August 27 – Day 1443

Joyce had a good day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she had a very good day Joyce wanted to watch a movie and after that she slept most of the day she was tired. Her coughing was almost non existent so she had a very good day. Her night was good no issues and my part caregiver started doing the nights so Joyce is very familiar with her.

August 26 – Day 1442

Joyce had a good weekend. Joyce did all of her exercises and had the new caregiver start this weekend she didn’t do to bad but her transferring is very shaky so i told her we will try one more weekend and then we will see if she can do this. I told her if she cant she needs to say because Joyce’s safety is #1 priority. Joyce developed a little cough Sunday so I gave her some Tussin. Joyce slept well through the night without any issues.

August 23 – Day 1439

Joyce had a good day. Joyce did all of her exercises and Joyce is doing very good with her recent medical issues. We watched some TV at night and Joyce loves her comedy shows she just laughs so hard. She is sleeping so sound at night all the way through without any broken sleep. Joyce had no issues to report at this time.
