October 9 – Day 1475

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and Joyce had a great day and she starting watching TV and was entertained and she watch it for hours and was thoroughly occupied. She slept well but until 11 she had a few coughing episodes. When I went to give her medicine this morning she had took her covers off and I told her your legs are cold she just looked and me and gave me that smile that arms your heart.

October 8 – Day 1474

Joyce had a great weekend. Joyce did all of her exercises and Justina came and stayed with Joyce Saturday so i could run my errands because the caregiver did not show up. Sunday Joyce took naps throughout the day. Monday Joyce was up most of the day she was very interested with what was on TV. Joyce has had good nights except for tonight where she was up very late due to a coughing episode.

October 4 – Day 1470

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and Joyce was very alert today. Joyce and her caregiver were watching TV most of the day Joyce was interested in what was on and did not sleep until bedtime. Joyce had a good night and did not have any issues through the night.

October 3 – Day 1469

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and Joyce was very alert today. Coughing is under control and Joyce is restful. Joyce had a good night without any issues though the night. Nurse will be coming Friday for her checkup for Medicaid.

October 2 – Day 1468

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she had naps throughout the day and her coughing has settled down quite a bit from yesterday. Joyce slept well through the night and di not have any issues and even was a sleep during her 11PM feeding.

October 1 – Day 1467

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she was very alert all day until bedtime. But Joyce was coughing most of the night doesn’t seem to be coughing but more of the scratchy throat. It was late in the evening but Joyce finally settled down to get some sleep.

September 30 – Day 1466

Joyce had a great weekend. Joyce did all of her exercises Joyce slept most of the weekend but she had moments where she was up to watch her shows and we watched a good movie called the walk. Her nights were good and she did not have any issues all through the night. My weekend caregiver could not make it she work’s during the week at a boat company so they had to work the weekend because of the hurricane.

September 27 – Day 1463

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she was very tired from the night before and she slept most of the day. But when her night caregiver came in she sat up in her chair and they watched one of her favorite shows until bedtime. Joyce slept well through the night and restful.

September 24 – Day 1460

Joyce had a great day. Joyce did all of her exercises and she was extremely alert and engaging with her caregiver. Joyce’s coordination and reflexes were absolutely wonderful her caregiver said she was so alert and responsive to her exercises and she was smiling all day she was very happy and well rested. She slept well through the night without any issues.

September 23 – Day 1459

Joyce had a great weekend. Joyce did all of her exercises and I know it has been a while but we have recovered from the hurricane. We have been here since 1997 and has had major damage on every hurricane that has hit Jacksonville finally we got a pass with Florence the only thing we had was a loss of power. Joyce was a real trooper the whole time had a smile on her face and we made it through the storm at our home. Joyce slept well through the night even when we had no power she was very comfortable.
