August 13 – Day 1092

Joyce had a good week. Haven’t posted in a week was out of town and my private pay caregivers helped with Joyce while I was gone round the clock. Joyce is doing great with her exercises especially my weekend caregiver she is doing wonderful with Joyce and she responds well to her. Joyce has had a little flair up of congestion but some Tussin seems to clear that up all the time within a couple of days. She has slept well through the night from reports from my caregivers. We have a new agency starting tomorrow so we will see how it goes.

August 3 – Day 1082

Joyce had a good day. She did all of her exercises. Daytime caregiver did not show so I had to take day of leave untill my afternoon caregiver showed up. The new agency will start in about a week and hopefully we wont have these issues as they assured me there would not be a problem we will see. Joyce had a good bight and had no issues.

August 1 – Day 1081

Joyce had a good day. She did all of her exercises. Her afternoon caregiver didn’t show so Simone came to the rescue once again we are very fortunate to have her to take care of Joyce. I think I have found another agency will vette them thoroughly before moving forward. Joyce had a good night but she was all smiles at 11 for feeding but went to sleep afterwards.

July 31 – Day 1080

Joyce had a good day. She did all of her exercises. From her busy weekend she slept all day after her exercises and that lasted until bedtime. She slept well all night without any issues and did not wake up at all.

July 30 – Day 1079

Joyce had a weekend day. Joyce did all of her exercises. Our new weekend caregiver is absolutely wonderful. Joyce and her had a good time all weekend so glad to have her taking care of Joyce. Her night were good she seems to have a little congestion but we are taking care of that.

July 27 – Day 1076
Joyce had a good day. Joyce did all of her exercises. Joyce had a good day and she has adjusted to her bathroom schedule. They will bringing out a new lift to switch out from the old one and hopefully this will assist my caregivers. Joyce slept well all through the night without any issues. Joyce did not even wake up for her feeding. We watched some shark week and she fell asleep.

July 24 – Day 1073
Joyce had a good day. Joyce did all of her exercises. She took a long nap during the day and she was up only a couple of hours before bedtime. She slept well through the night without any issues. will call doctor to get occupational therapy order so they can work on grip strength with Joyce.

July 23 – Day 1072

Joyce had a good weekend except for her allergies. She did all her exercise and had the new weekend girl start and by Sunday at 5PM she said she cannot do this job so that is that. But I have another girl that will start next weekend that will fit Joyce’s personality so we will se how she does. Her allergies were in full force Saturday we went through about a dozen washcloths from her saliva and her eyes were so bloodshot like she has been out all night.

July 20 – Day 1069

Joyce had a good day. She did her exercises and the afternoon caregiver called out sick again so I called my night caregiver to come in fortunately so was able to do that. When I got home Joyce was napping and she had quit along nap until bedtime. She slept well all through the night without any issues.
